Krystian Swierk is the photographer behind You Will Never Forget It. He also runs Fountains of Rome, a Chicago wedding, editorial and lifestyle photography brand, where the same standard has run across a decade of work from Chicago's lakefront to the Riviera Maya.
Direction makes room for the person in front of the camera.
A guest steps off the floor and into the portrait area. The photographer guides their pose, adjusts the light and gives them time to settle before taking the photograph. That direction matters most for the people who feel uncomfortable in front of a camera.

Roots are Polish, and at home in Chicago's Polish community, which is why so many of these nights move between two sets of traditions without anyone having to explain them first.
